Holly began her real estate career with Kroh Brothers, which later became Reece and Nichols Realtors. As one of the youngest Realtors in Kansas City in 1976, she specialized in corporate relocation sales and listings and management training.

From the early 1980s thorough 2008, she changed her focus to new homes sales, while continuing to list and sell resale homes.  With her Brokerís license in Kansas and Missouri, she was part of the sales team, which sold new neighborhoods for Ashner Development, such as Cedar Creek, Berkshire, Wilshire, Wilshire South, Wilshire Farms and more.  This team, which averaged 3 members, was consistently one of the top 5 selling teams in KC.

After a break to focus on volunteer work, in 2010 she joined her son, Scott, to form Milestone Realty, LLC.  While Scott focuses on residential listings and sales, Hollyís focus is managing the companyís REO and Short Sale properties.  Holly is now certified in REO and Short Sales, after receiving these designations:  Res.Net AMP, NABPOP-C-Reps, Equator REO, Five Star REO, CSSA, NAR-SFR.  Holly is currently marketing REO properties for HSBC Mortgage.

Brian has been in the home improvement world since 2005 when he started Masters Contract Services LLC.  His company has expanded over the years and now provides many home improvement options including painting, wood rot, deck construction, flooring and other facets of home remodeling.  Brian's understanding of the systems of a home and knowing how home values can be affected by their condition has lead him to the real estate world.
